Four Paws
Animal Hospital provides the community with affordable health care
for your beloved pet and enables you to make one stop for all of
your pet's medical needs. We are a full service small animal
hospital that includes wellness visits, vaccinations, dentistry,
surgeries, an in-house lab for blood work, pharmacy, radiology, and
Home Again microchip service.
We are
members of the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce, American Veterinary
Medical Association, Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, and
Butler/Warren County Veterinary Medical Association.
Four Paws Animal Hospital is
open for appointments during normal business hours Monday through
